Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup natural drippy peanut butter (just peanuts & salt)
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 3.5 ounces 72% dark chocolate bar
- Optional: Coarse sea salt and/or pastel sprinkles for sprinkling on top
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and 1 tbsp coconut flour. Add another tbsp if batter is runny, it should resemble a wet cookie dough.
- Use a cookie dough scooper to scoop batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Slightly flatten each with fingertips and place in freezer for 20 min
- Melt chocolate in microwave on 30 second intervals OR on stovetop over medium.
- Dip each pb egg in chocolate to coat and transfer back to the baking sheet. Have fun and decorate with festive sprinkles or sea salt. Place back in freezer for at least 30 minutes before enjoying
