I am more fit now after two babies and with only 20 minutes than I was before kids

Before Mission Rise, I would spend an hour or more in the gym because I was convinced that I needed to always lift heavy and spend that amount time on my workouts each day, or I just wasn’t doing enough. After having kids, I found myself struggling with consistency. I mean come on. What mama has an hour to workout each and every day? The motivation was there, but the time wasn’t. When I saw that the workouts were only 20 minutes, I thought, “I could do that!” but I also wondered if that was going to be enough and if I could even get the results I was looking for in only 20 minutes. Well, let me scream from the top of my lungs, “YOU CAN!” My biggest accomplishment of all is the confidence this program has given me. I cannot begin to say enough good things about Steph and Mission Rise, but let’s start with saying I couldn’t be more thankful for her and her family for everything they do. I’ve been with Mission Rise around 2 years now and with our hectic life it’s been the one thing that is steady and has never changed for me. I used to spend hours at the gym before this and it just didn’t work with my lifestyle. We travel…A LOT and move…A LOT so I need quick workouts for wherever we end up that doesn’t involve a gym and a ton of equipment. We are now expecting our first baby in October and these workouts can be easily modified to fit how my body is feeling that day. I would definitely NOT be as active or have any sort of motivation if it wasn’t for Steph and Mission Rise. For any stage in life this workout program will fit. 20/10 recommend!

I have been considered “over weight” pretty much my entire life. I’ve tried almost every diet out there and given my all to so many different workout programs. I would go hard for a little while, but quickly burn out because the programs weren’t doable with a busy life or they were so intense I would just feel like a failure. January 2020 I joined Mission Rise with very little expectation. I have been completely blown away by every aspect of this program. The online support and community are unlike anything else I have experienced. Stephanie keeps things exciting and you never know what she has in-store for you each day! I am the healthiest I have ever been

Finally, an IN HOME workout program that took 20 minutes max. After my first couple of weeks, others began coming up to me “oh my gosh have you lost weight!?” and “what are you doing, you look incredible”! And you know what? I FELT INCREDIBLE. Not only were my clothes no longer tight and uncomfortable, they were too big!  My husband made the statement to me “I don’t know what it is now, but there’s something about you. Mission Rise came into my life in 2020. The world was becoming a scary, depressing place. I needed something for ME, to keep me sane, and to work on my physical health too. The Mission Rise community & workouts have been a game changer for me in fitting into my life as a wife, Mom to 2 boys under the age of 2, and entrepreneur. Being a former 2-sport collegiate athlete, I've always thrived in a competitive gym environment. I was never into the "at home" workout thing until after I had my boys. Getting to an actual gym just isn't realistic most days. Steph's workouts not only kept me in incredible shape during my second pregnancy, but they have truly helped me find my fitness groove again postpartum. You will need at least one set of dumbbells ranging from 5-15lbs (depending on your fitness level) For best results, I recommend two sets, one pair that is lighter and one that is a bit heavier (for example, a set of 5’s and 12’s) as well as a folding chair. Shoot me a message for recommendations.

6 weeks after having my first baby, I was cleared for exercise. My husband was out and reality sunk in that time was not my own anymore. I couldn’t just drive to the gym and spend 2 hours there. With a background in professional bodybuilding, the gym was my second home. I was never someone who exercised from home. Becoming a mom, I was prepared to make sacrifices, but I promised myself that exercise would not be one of them.

I was determined to find a way to make it a priority. I went downstairs in my basement, put a mat on the floor, found a pair of dumbbells and snuck in a workout while my son was napping. 20 minutes later, I was covered in sweat and felt like I could accomplish anything I set my mind to—I didn’t need the gym, just a positive mindset!
