1) Do you have an App?

Yes! Download our app for Mobile - APPLE APP STORE | GOOGLE PLAY STORE

2) Can I pause my membership?

Yes! All you need to do is email me @ [email protected] and let me know you would like to pause your membership. We can pause for up to 3 months.

3) How do I cancel my membership?

If you joined BEFORE 4/18/2020: Please email me directly for assistance, [email protected]

If you joined AFTER 4/18/2020: You can go to your settings on the site (upper right hand corner) and cancel at anytime. CLICK HERE

4) How do I update my Credit Card on file?

If you joined BEFORE 4/18/2020: Please email me directly for assistance, [email protected] or follow this Payment Update Link.

If you joined AFTER 4/18/2020: You can go to your settings on the site (upper right hand corner) and update your credit card. CLICK HERE

 

5) How do I watch the workouts on my TV?

Here is a video I did a couple months ago on how I stream to my TV from my iPhone. You may need one of the following devices to make this work; AppleTV, Chromecast, Amazon Firestick, Roku Device, Smart TV, etc.... You may also find luck like others have with an app called WebVideoCaster or iWebTV.
