1) Can I pause my membership?
Yes! All you need to do is email me @ [email protected] and let me know you would like to pause your membership. We can pause for up to 3 months.
2) How do I cancel my membership?
If you joined BEFORE 4/18/2020: Please email me directly for assistance, [email protected].
If you joined AFTER 4/18/2020: You can go to your settings on the site (upper right hand corner) and cancel at anytime. CLICK HERE
3) How do I update my Credit Card on file?
If you joined BEFORE 4/18/2020: Please email me directly for assistance, [email protected] or follow this Payment Update Link.
If you joined AFTER 4/18/2020: You can go to your settings on the site (upper right hand corner) and update your credit card. CLICK HERE
4) Is there an APP?
Yes! Once you sign up, I will email you with direction on how you can download an app to view Mission Rise. You can also use the IOS (Apple) function to "Add to Home Screen" and create a quick function to our website just like an app. the website is mobile friendly and very easy to navigate on mobile devices.
5) How do I watch the workouts on my TV?
Here is a video I did a couple months ago on how I stream to my TV from my iPhone. You may need one of the following devices to make this work; AppleTV, Chromecast, Amazon Firestick, Roku Device, Smart TV, etc.... You may also find luck like others have with an app called WebVideoCaster or iWebTV.
