Stephanie and the Mission Rise community she has created has completely changed my life. In August of 2020, I had hit my highest weight ever and lowest point of my self-esteem. There had been some major life changes the previous year and I was crumbling. I truly hated who I was. I had done plenty of types of workouts in the past, but nothing was sticking to the point of seeing results. A dear friend had encouraged me to try MR that month. Here we are 6 months later and I have never been more consistent with a program. I have lost weight, I have gained strength, not only physically, but mentally too. I can honestly say that I love myself when I look in the mirror! I thank Stephanie and MR for playing such a vital role in that, and I am forever grateful.
Physically, I haven’t felt this strong since high school when I played volleyball. Lifting year round, working out all the time, open gyms, practices, games. In college, it was all about being thin-I lost all my muscle. I exercised to undo whatever I had eaten. I was so worried about how weak I may be in certain areas of my body—but I’ve truly gained legit muscle and strength. Stephanie has found a way to keep my mindset focused on loving myself through the growth and season of postpartum!
Stephanie is so genuine and personable. I have always struggled with pushing myself during at home workouts because nobody is watching, and I never felt connected to a trainer before. During workouts I feel like a friend is there with me, and I DON'T QUIT! Stephanie has such a gift and I feel thankful that she’s sharing it.
I am 26 years old, a wife, and a mother of 8. Working out for me has been a huge part of my growth mentally and physically. Over time, I began to watch my kids interact with me while I did my Mission Rise workouts. My son especially was so encouraged by Stephanie to keep going when the exercise was hard. He said, "Mom, I can't do this" and before I could interject him, Stephanie said "Come on you can do this!" and he replied, "Your right, I CAN!" The encouragement Stephanie offers throughout our workouts is amazing and hands down my favorite thing about Mission Rise. To see her encourage my kid almost made me cry. I wish she could see us on the other side of the computer. I've discovered this is mental and physical growth for my kids too. I'm so thankful God has given me this time to use my body and grow with my kiddos. Our kids are watching us and it makes a difference.
Stephanie is a game changer! She is building an amazing affordable business that gives effective fast workouts, nutritional advice and the support that people look for in a coach. I am 35 weeks pregnant and Stephanie has given me hope, strength, knowledge and encouragement to view my pregnancy and soon to be motherhood with confidence.
Mission Rise requires me to use my body in different ways that challenge me physically and mentally; yet are still attainable to complete for that feeling of accomplishment. I love how short, but effective the workouts are which allows me, a single mom, to be there for my two busy teenagers. I am proud to be part of the Mission Rise community!
